Where is the order shipped from?
Each order is shipped from Hong Kong.
If there are multiple items in one order, it will be separated into multiple packages.
A single package can only contain a pair of shoes.
How long the delivery will take?
The delivery time varies by the destination country and shipping method.
To Europe: 16 ~22 calendar days
Shipping Method: Air shipping + DHL Express
Timeline:
- Step 1: Process order (2~4 days)
- Step 2: Ship out the package (A DHL tracking number will be updated in 2~3 days after shipping)
- Step 3: Air shipping to Germany and processing customs clearance ( 9~12 days)
- Step 4: DHL picks up the package in Germany, ships it to the destination country, and delivers it to the recipient via the local courier company. (3~5 days)
Note: Tracking will be available only after the DHL picks up the package. Want to know the shipping progress before that, please contact our customer service.
To the U.S. :
Shipping Method: (2 options)
Standard shipping: Air shipping + USPS (22 ~30 calendar days)
Timeline:
- Step 1: Process order (2~4 days)
- Step 2: Ship out the package (A USPS tracking number will be updated in 2~3 days after shipping)
- Step 3: Air shipping to the U.S. and processing customs clearance ( 15~18 days)
- Step 4: USPS picks up the package, and delivers it to the recipient (5~8 days)
Note: Tracking will be available only after the USPS picks up the package. Want to know the shipping progress before that, please contact our customer service.
Expedite shipping: FedEx (7 ~15 calendar days)
Timeline:
- Step 1: Process order (2~4 days)
- Step 2: Pass over the package to FedEx in Hong Kong (A FedEx tracking number will be updated in 2~3 days)
- Step 3: FedEx delivers it to the recipient in the U.S. (5~8 days)
How to track the order's shipping progress?
There are 2 ways to track the order
By tracking number:
Track the order by entering the tracking number on the courier's official website. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer's email after shipping.
By QC system:
Enter the last 6 digits of the recipient's contact number to track the order on our QC system
